个人简介:

黄鑫,女,2017年初在中科院上海生命科学研究院获得博士学位。随后在美国St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 从事Garwood Fellowship 博士后研究。研究工作主要是在儿童实体瘤和白血病队列中整合多组学数据,发现新的药物靶点或克服药物抗性的联合用药策略,以第一或共同第一作者身份在Developmental Cell, Nature Communications, JBC 等期刊发表学术论文。产业方面和曾经的导师、Amgen PROTAC 平台负责人 Ryan Potts(Scientific Vice President)建立了稳定的合作关系,将进一步针对感兴趣的肿瘤靶点开发PROTAC 分子(蛋白降解靶向嵌合体)。

研究兴趣及方向:

儿童肿瘤已经成为严重威胁中国儿童健康的主要公共卫生问题。本实验室通过生物信息,生物物理,细胞与分子生物学等手段,发掘儿童肿瘤中新的药物靶点或克服药物抗性的联合用药策略并开发相关PROTAC药物。为诊断和治疗的临床转化提供新的策略。
