个人简介:

龚正,男,国家级人才项目(2023)获得者,2019年博士毕业于山东大学,2019-2022年在美国The Jackson Laboratory 从事博士后工作,主要研究方向为肿瘤免疫与肿瘤转移。迄今以第一作者(含共同)身份在ImmunityCell MetabolismScience ImmunologyNature Communications 等期刊发表研究论文7篇。以共同作者身份在NatureNature Immunology 等期刊发表论文15篇。担任Frontiers in ImmunologyFrontiers in Oncology等期刊客座编辑,并获得过多项科研资助。

研究兴趣及方向:

肿瘤转移是导致癌症相关死亡的主要原因。课题组主要致力于研究肿瘤转移的发生机制,通过整合单细胞测序、空间多组学分析、CRISPR-Cas9筛选、三维类器官、人源化肿瘤模型等手段,探索对肿瘤转移这一过程起调控作用的关键因子,并开发相应的靶向干预策略以治疗肿瘤转移。
