个人简介：
段金志，2012年至2017年在北京生命科学研究所和北京协和医学院攻读博士学位，2018年加入布莱根妇女医院和哈佛医学院Richard Steven Blumberg 实验室进行博士后研究，并于2023年晋升为哈佛医学院讲师。博后期间主要从事肠道黏膜免疫方面的研究。已发表17篇论文，其中以第一或共一作者发表在Immunity 2023， J Exp Med 2023,2023，Star Protocol 2023，Nature Communication 2019，Genome Biol 2018，PNAS 2016，Cell Research 2014等论文7 篇。担任hLife等期刊客座编辑，并获得过多项科研资助。
研究兴趣及方向：
课题组致力于多种手段深入探索肠道微生物、肠道上皮细胞以及免疫细胞之间的相互作用及其对消化道疾病（如Ulcerative Colitis 和Crohn's Disease）和神经系统疾病（如自闭症、焦虑、抑郁）的影响。基础研究方向：1）主要深入探索消化道疾病，肠炎的发病机理，尤其是肠道上皮细胞内质网应激反应与免疫细胞和肠道微生物之间的相互作用及其对疾病的影响。2）主要探索肠道上皮细胞内质网应激影响神经系统疾病如自闭症、焦虑、抑郁等的发生与发展。转化研究方向：基于上述研究，开发创新的治疗策略，旨在为消化道疾病和神经系统疾病患者提供更为有效的治疗方法。
