张鹏,男,国家级人才项目(2022)获得者,2007年毕业于北京师范大学生命科学学院,生命科学专业,获理学学士学位; 2013年毕业于中国科学院生物物理研究所,细胞生物专业,获理学博士学位;2013至2023年在美国国立卫生研究院National Institutes of Health, NIH,国立过敏及感染性疾病研究所National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases,NIAID,担任访问学者Visiting Fellow(博士后),研究学者Research Fellow及职员科学家Staff Scientist。2023年8月入职合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院。研究方向包括:艾滋病mRNA疫苗设计,动物模型验证,免疫调控机制。最近五年学术文章(以第一作者身份)主要发表于Nature Medicine, Cell Host & Microbe, Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences等期刊。
研究兴趣及方向:
1. 探索艾滋病病毒mRNA或其他类型疫苗在灵长类动物免疫应答,开展相关疫苗临床试验,及试验数据分析
2. 阐明分析病毒进化方式,胞膜糖蛋白与中和抗体作用原理,疫苗抗原设计优化
