个人简介:
谢伟,男,2019年毕业于武汉大学物理科学与技术学院并获得博士学位;2019-2022年唐本忠院士工作站从事博士后研究工作。2022年加入合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院。已发表SCI论文19篇,以第一、共一作者身份在J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Nano, Angew Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Sci.等期刊上发表SCI论文12 篇 ,其中1篇论文入选“ESI高被引论文”,授权国家专利2项。
研究兴趣及方向:
课题组将以临床转化为导向,结合化学,材料、生物、医学等多种技术手段,针对临床治疗中的重要科学问题展开深入研究,并以此为基础研发药物递送载体、肿瘤疫苗,为重大疾病(肿瘤等)的治疗提供新型研究策略。研究方向:
1.仿生纳米材料与肿瘤免疫治疗
2.核酸(siRNA,mRNA,circRNA)药物的设计、修饰、以及体内外药物递送系统研究
