曾筑天，大健康研究院资深研究员，中国科学技术大学基础医学院教授、博士生导师。国家青年科学基金A类（2025）、国家级青年人才项目（2021）入选者。长期聚焦于组织驻留巨噬细胞的免疫特性、功能机制和靶向干预策略研究，揭示了巨噬细胞介导的血-膀和血-肝免疫屏障机制，以最后通讯作者在Nat Immunol 2026、Immunity 2025、J Clin Invest 2023、Nat Commun 2024、Cell Reports 2025、Adv Sci 2025等期刊发表多篇论文。担任中国生物物理学会感染与免疫分会委员、中国免疫学会移植免疫分会委员、中国细胞生物学会教育工作委员会委员、安徽省免疫学会理事等。

巨噬细胞是器官区域免疫应答特性的核心塑造者，在组织稳态维持和疾病发生发展中扮演了关键角色。课题组主要致力于运用高分辨活体显微成像技术研究组织区域免疫应答，聚焦于组织驻留巨噬细胞在转移癌和感染等疾病中的功能特性，并开发靶向巨噬细胞的新型免疫治疗策略。
